Description
The Alumni Association of Case Western Reserve University invites alumni, current students, parents and friends to join us as we welcome incoming students and their families to the CWRU community. In cities with the most incoming students, these cherished annual events create unique opportunities for alumni to share their memories and advice with first-year students.
We will host an afternoon of complimentary food and beverages at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Please consider joining us for this exciting annual event. We hope to see you there!

How do I get there? Where do I park?
Directions
Directions to the Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens can be found here. The address used, Frank Curto Drive, while not their mailing address it will take you to their parking and front gate.
Parking
Free parking is available in the center island on Schenley Drive. Metered street parking available on either side of Schenley Drive is free on Sundays. Accessible parking is available near the Conservatory's front entrance, running parallel to the bike lane. Additional nearby garages are available and those details can be found on the Conservatory's website here.
Is my registration transferrable?
Registrations are not transferrable to another individual.
What if the event is sold out?
If the event is sold out, please join the waiting list. You will be contacted if additional tickets become available.
How do I get my tickets?
There are no tickets with your registration. Simply show up at the event and check in with the CWRU representative.
